Can I bring my own phone?
Of course! Our plans and SIMs work with pretty much any smartphone on the planet. If your device is newer, select our eSIM. Older? Choose a physical SIM card. Your device must be carrier-unlocked to work with Unreal Mobile.
Which phones are compatible?
Android phones, iPhones, even Nokia flip phones will work with our service. As long as it's carrier unlocked, you're good to go.
How do I activate my SIM or eSIM?
Great news, we've made this part super easy. Go to unrealmobile.com/activate and click the button. We walk you through each and every step. You'll login, enter your device serial number, and then install your SIM. Make sure to start this process within 90 days of purchasing your SIM card.
Can I bring my number over?
Of course! Get your account number and transfer PIN from your old carrier. Then, when you start our activation process at unrealmobile.com/activate, you can enter those details to bring your phone number over.
Can I manage my plan online?
Yep. Login at unrealmobile.com/login and you can upgrade your plan or downgrade it, add more high-speed data, track your usage, and much, much more.
Can I use my phone abroad?
Absolutely! All of our plans include free unlimited talk and text, plus 1 GB of high-speed data when you're in Mexico or Canada on our Mini and Midi plans, and 5 GB of high-speed data in Mexico or Canada on our Maxi plans. No setup steps or add-ons to buy -- just pack your suitcase, put Unreal Mobile in your pocket, and head out to your destination.
How much does international calling costs?

Countries are supported based on the type of phone number you’re calling — a landline or cellular number.
The Way It Works
International calling works just like a regular phone call—no special apps or setup required. Simply dial “011” followed by the country code and phone number you want to reach.
Calls and texts to supported destinations are automatically routed through your plan’s international network.
If you’re traveling, you can also enable roaming to make and receive calls and texts while abroad. Because your number is U.S. based, calls to numbers local to your travel destination will count as an international call for you.
But not to worry — your plan includes unlimited international calls and texts to supported countries, so you’ll stay connected during your trip.
*Some cities within the country are further limited to landline only or cellular only. Additionally, support may also be limited based on the wireless carrier for the number. You can find a more detailed list of supported cities, wireless carriers, and phone types in our help center article.
