Here’s how to find your IMEI!
To locate your device's MEID/IMEI, please check the instructions below:
An IMEI [International Mobile Equipment Identity] is a unique 15-digit or 17-digit number assigned to every mobile device with a SIM. It is essentially a device's unique identifier, similar to a fingerprint, and is used to distinguish each device from others worldwide.
On iOS (iPhone):
Using the Dialer:- Open the phone app
- Dial *#06# and the IMEI number will appear on the screen.
- Go to Settings > General > About
- Scroll down to find the IMEI number.
- Tap and hold the IMEI to copy it if needed.
On Android:
Using the Dialer:- Open the phone app
- Dial *#06# and the IMEI number will appear on the screen.
- Settings > About Phone > Status
- Look for IMEI information or a similar label

Phone Number.

The Current Carrier is the provider you’re transferring your number from.
Identifying the correct carrier helps us connect with the right system to begin the transfer process.
Carrier Account Number.
The Current Carrier Account Number points our system to the right account to start the transfer.

Carrier PIN Number.
The Current Carrier PIN Number (sometimes called a Port Out PIN) is a security code your carrier requires to authorize the transfer.
You can usually find or request this PIN in your carrier’s account portal or by contacting their customer support team.

TROUBLE SCANNING QR CODE?
If you’re having trouble scanning the QR code, you’ve got a couple of options.
1. Manual Entry
Switch to manual entry and follow the instructions on how to copy/paste your
SM-DP+ address and your Activation code
into the SIM Manager page in your phone settings.
2. Desktop
We’ve sent this QR code to your email for easy scanning. Open up the QR code
on a desktop computer or another device, and use your phone to scan it.
SHIPPING
Delivery time depends on your selected shipping method. Pre-order fulfillment is delayed until inventory is available. Unreal Mobile does not ship to Alaska, PR, Hawaii, or Guam. Shipping to international addresses is also unavailable. SIM cards can be delivered to P.O. boxes, however devices such as iPhones and Android phones cannot. Unreal Mobile is not responsible for any addresses entered incorrectly, please double-check the address for delivery. eSIM orders do not require a shipping method and are instead delivered via email.
